House made of Playing Cards

House made of Playing Cards
Mar 18
Bryan Berg, an American architect, built the largest house made of free-standing playing cards. He has created a replica of the Venetian Macau from 218,792 cards. The breath-taking creation residing inside the Venetian itself took 44 days and 4,051 decks of cards to complete. What makes it more outstanding is the fact that the cards are stacked without glue or tape. In Berg’s view, it is the most ambitious project he has undertaken to date. While constructing this masterpiece, for several times the structure nearly collapsed. Taking inspiration from his card-playing grandfather, Berg hopes to inspire some visitors at The Venetian Macao.
